Film Night Information

Thank you for purchasing your ticket. We are excited to welcome you to this annual event!

Getting Here & Parking

Parking at the ranch is not available due to limited space and safety. Please follow these directions to ensure a smooth arrival:

  • Where to Park:

    • On Fairway Drive (right-hand side only), OR

    • In the designated lot at 4096 Fairway Drive (Camp Hill).

    • Horses will be on your pasture to the left. Do not park near them.

  • Look for Signs & Balloons:
    Blue event signs and balloons will guide you to the parking areas.

  • Shuttle Service:

    • Runs from 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM.

    • Please plan to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and shuttle transfer.

    • No shuttle service after 5:30 PM.

  • Accessibility:
    Guests with mobility needs may arrange to park closer — please contact us in advance.

Evening Schedule

  • 4:30 PM – Parking opens, shuttle begins

  • 5:00–6:30 PM – Silent Auction + Small Bites & Drinks

  • 6:30 PM – Film Screening begins (Rescued Hearts Film)

  • ~7:30–8:00 PM – Short Intermission (restrooms, early departures)

  • 8:30 PM – Q&A with Film makers

  • 9:00pm - Event Closes

What to Bring

This is an outdoor event in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Please come prepared for comfort and warmth:

  • A warm jacket or blanket (evenings can get chilly)

  • Closed-toe shoes (gravel + uneven terrain)

  • An appetite for delicious bites & treats

  • Your generous spirit for the silent auction and fundraiser!
